Rajeev comes out as a rounded, mature and prolific Human Resource and Business leader. He is exposed/ experienced to working with big and complex corporates as a member of the senior leadership team, including board level, for over three decades now. As such, has both the big picture vision as well as the eye for the complex granular details which amongst others, helps him understand the nuances of both the professional and entrepreneurial work environment so very necessary to handle complexities of the current turbulent business environment where creative / parallel thinking processes rather than linear ones hold the virtue.
