Implement Learning Plan is the second step under Implement Module of Transition Execution Program. Supports a user in implementing the plan in several ways including project management, networking, portfolio, stakeholder involvement etc.

This step supports a user in completion of tasks as listed in the learning plan. Could include performance management, coaching/ training/ tutoring management, books and online resource management; connections, networking and admissions management.

The portfolio tool helps a user to showcase his/ her profile and achievements to the learning organizations (colleges, skill training companies etc) of choice.

The project management tool allows the user to stay on top of the activities and manage them well.

The stakeholder involvement ensures required support and enables a user to progress as a team along with facilitator, parent and any other invited member who can view and support the progress as an influencer.
