Details

Creating a Career Action plan is the last step under Design Module of Transition Planning Program. It begins with identifying things to do for pursuing the selected choice and is followed by creating a robust action plan with tasks, time-lines and responsibilities.

This step uses the information from research and lists down the requirements for the selection option. It further allows a user to breakdown the requirements into tasks that a user must undertake to fulfill the requirements, identify required resources, enter likely completion date for the task or provision of resources and assign responsibility to different stakeholders.
