This is the first module of Transition Planning Program where individuals learn about the self and the world of work. The Module allows individuals to identify suitable career options.
This is the second module of Transition Planning Program where individuals work on the information obtained from Module 1. The module allows individuals to explore learning options, conduct comparisons, make a career and learning choice and create a detailed action plan.

Compares different options and allows user to make a choice. Also allows a user to assimilate all the relevant information about the selected option and prepare a justification document.

Defines tasks for achievement of the career goal, allocates responsibilities,identifies resources and defines targets and timelines. Generates a robust and measurable action plans.

Once a user has completed research about world of work and self, made decisions and set goals,it is time to set the ball rolling. This is the second stage of the transition management journey. It entails implementation of the action plan, while simultaneously conducting reviews and generating progress reports. It also allows a user to re-validate or reset plan at any time. Transition Execution Program consists of two Modules
This is the first module of Transition Execution Program and third module of Transform Transition Management Model. This is the stage where individuals start to execute the plan they finalized in module two. Tools and functionalities are made available in this module for effective execution of the plan. The tools include internship, admissions and portfolio.

Implement Experience or Exposure Plan
Supports Implementation of Exposure or Experience Plan. Connects individuals with organizations or groups or societies or clubs for the purpose of gaining relevant exposure and experience in the field of choice.

Supports Implementation of Learning Plan and enables learning management. Includes coaching or training or tutoring or admissions management; books and online resource management; learning connections and network management.

Supports Implementation of Extra-Curricular Interest or Passion Plan and enables learning and participation in activities of interest. Connects individuals with organizations or groups or societies or clubs for the purpose of gaining relevant exposure and training in the field of choice.
DetailThis is the second module of Transition Execution Program and last module of Transform Transition Management Model. This is the module that comes alive with the sign up on the platform as it is all about reviewing and monitoring the progress of the individual in transition. In addition to review and monitoring tools, this module allows individuals to reset or re-validate their plans.
